Mandy is a Senior Project Officer with NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal at the Department of Justice, an accredited Interpreter and Translator and a VET Training & Assessor. She also worked as a Project Lead for Performance and Networks, Senior People Development Consultant, Workforce Development Consultant, Project Officer, Business Manager and an Interpreter in Charge. Mandy is an accredited Change consultant and is interested in teaching, organisational design and talent development.

Fatima is a self-employed business consultant whose expertise is centred on capacity building, organisational change management, strategic partnerships, program and systems development, strategy alignment capabilities and diversity. Fatima is an accomplished senior manager with over 15 years work experience in senior and executive level management in State and Australian Government agencies, the not-for-profit and private sectors. Fatima has been responsible for leading, directing and implementing major programs and reforms in the fields of health and community services in areas of women and migrants’ health, mental health and disability, cultural diversity, education, early childhood development, refugees and asylum seekers. She has also worked as a senior advisor to a former Federal Government Minister.
Fatima is passionate about cross cultural dialogue, conflict resolution, the rights of women and refugees, and contributes to a range of international and community organisations in voluntary positions. She is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, the Institute of Management and the United Nations Association of Australia
She served on the board of a number of organisations including Arab Council Australia, Amnesty International, Mental Health Council (Tasmania), Refugees and Asylum Seekers Coalition, the Australian Institute of International Affairs (Tasmania) and the Australian Arab Business Council.
She holds Master degree in International Affairs (Peace and Conflict Studies) from the Australian National University and the Peace Research Institute of Oslo Norway; Master degree in Public Administration from Flinders University; Graduate Diploma in Management from Flinders University, Graduate Certificate in Health Leadership from the Australian College of Health Services Executives, BA with Honours in Political Science and Psychology from the University of Tasmania and Bachelor in Theology.
